KERALA STATE DRIVING LICENCE UPGRADE TO SMART PVC CARD
Kerala Government Upgrading all Driving Licenses now. Hence all new driving licenses will be available in the form of PVC cards. Apply now to convert the existing license to the new card.
A fee of Rs 240 has to be paid for this. A copy of the
current license should be printed and self-attested and uploaded.
This can be done yourself or through online service centers.

കേരളാ ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഡ്രൈവിങ്ങ് ലൈസൻസ് അപ്ഗ്രേഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഇനി മുതൽ പിവിസി കാർഡിന്റെ രൂപത്തിലുള്ള ഡ്രൈവിങ്ങ് ലൈസൻസാണ് ലഭ്യമാവുക. നിലവിലുള്ള ലൈസൻസ് പുതിയ കാർഡാക്കി മാറ്റാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
240 രൂപയാണ് ഇതിനായി ഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടത്. ഇപ്പോൾ കയ്യിലുള്ള ലൈസൻസിന്റെ ഒരു കോപ്പി പ്രിന്റെടുത്ത് സെൽഫ് അറ്റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്ത് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യണം.
ഇത് സ്വന്തമായോ ഓൺലൈൻ സർവീസ് സെന്ററുകളിൽ നിന്നോ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
